How do I communicate with you for special instructions?

A.

In the pocket of the garment bag, you can find the order confirmation slip.
You can circle each of your finishing preference for your shirts and pants.
For example, you can choose No Starch, Light, Medium, and Heavy Starch for your shirts.
You can choose military (side) crease on your shirts.
You can choose No Crease, Center Crease, and Starch on your pants (starch on pants mostly applicable for jeans).
Also, you may want to count how many garments are included in the bag.
You will see Men's and Ladies' Tops, Bottoms, Outer, and Households.
Simply count how many of those are included in the bag.
Then we will sort and classify them specifically for each garment.

How do I receive the Lavender Package?

A.

After completion of SIGN UP and START LAVENDER sections on our website, you will receive the LAVENDER PACKAGE for free in no time (Normally within 48 hours).

What if I missed pick-up schedule?

A.

With LAVENDER, there is no such "schedule" that you should be stuck to. Using LAVENDER PACKAGE allows you "LOCK-IT and GO". Furthermore, LAVENDER is open 6 days a week (Saturday Close).
Our pick up begins at 10PM. Depending on your residence location, actual time arrival will vary.
Just remember one thing for sure. 10PM is always safe.

When does Lavender deliver my garments?

A.

Literally, it is same-day. Lavender delivers your garments back to your door by 10PM on the following day. Lock it tonight, get it tomorrow.
However, if one or more of your garments need further cleaning (post care), we separate your deliveries as we do not want you to wait longer than 24 hours for your garments.
In this case, you will receive the "Post-care-notice" card in the pocket of your bag, and your post cleaned garments will be delivered next day.

When does Lavender pick up my garments?

A.

Once you click "My Bag is Ready" button on our website before 10PM, TEAM LAVENDER is notified to pick up your garment bag and will pick it up after 10 PM. (Actual pick up time varies with our delivery routes)

How do I sign up for the service?

A.

Simply complete the SIGN UP and START LAVENDER section on our website. START LAVENDER section is very important as this triggers your service initiation.

How do I let you know that my specific shirts need to be dry cleaned, as opposed to laundered and pressed?

A.

If you want to separate your shirts for having some dry cleaned and others laundered, please let us know on the order confirmation slip that you need "D" stickers. Once you receive the "D" stickers after your first order, simply stick them on collars of your dry cleaning shirts for your next service. When we inspect your shirts, we will sort them as dry cleaning shirts. When we deliver your bag, we will include new "D" stickers in the pocket of the garment bag for your future uses.

What if my item is damaged?

A.

TEAM LAVENDER inspects every piece of your garments to detect stains, damages, and stuff left in pockets. In most time, we detect pre-damaged garments. If your garment is damaged before we process, you will be notified by SMS text message or email.
You can either confirm it washing with damage or reject to wash. Without your confirmation, the garments with pre-existing damaged will be returned unclean.
If your garment is damaged due to our process, we will reimburse your damages according to the guidelines of the National Cleaners Associations. Oftentimes, we value your garments with appropriate market price. Please don't worry. This is what we most worry about.

What if my item is lost?

A.

Since our facility digests all garments received within a work shift, there is no single chance to miss any item.
However, there is a very slight chance of misplacing garments because sorting process is physically done by our staffs (Human Error).
If you detect that your garment is missing, please notify us immediately via phone calls, text, email, online chat, etc. We will fix it right.
If you detect that someone's clothes is in your bag, please notify us and claim free gift credits!
If God took your clothes, we will reimburse yours.
May God reimburse that for us.

How does the membership work?

A.

Lavender's membership is not a subscription base membership.
We do only charge you single time for SILVER and GOLD for your dry cleaning membership.
With SILVER and GOLD memberships, you can enjoy 30-40% more credits then what you paid for.
Reasonably, you end up enjoying better priced service with added convenience.
If you chose to purchase SILVER or GOLD, feel free to enjoy your free credits.
You can track your remaining credit balance on the receipt that comes with your bag.
Once you spend all of your credits, then your membership automatically turns to BRONZE, which is "pay-as-you-go".
